This was the first time The Careers & Enterprise Company had undertaken a fully-integrated campaign targeted at the SME audience. The ARC Agency (ARC) were able to give us that initial confidence by coming forward with a well prepared and focused brief that was responsive to our goals.

They were able to then develop a campaign that answered this in a simple and effective call-to-action: give an hour.
