Last month we won a Highly Commended award in the Communications Agency of the Year Category at the prestigious Third Sector Awards held in September 2019.
A Prestigious Award
The Third Sector Awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding efforts within the non-profit sector and celebrate work that makes a difference to society.
Agencies are judged on their work for one charity campaign within the last 12 months and The ARC Agency won the High Commendation for its work with The Careers and Enterprise Company on Give an hour, a campaign to encourage SMEs to volunteer their time to inspire young people in schools and make a difference to the future career choices that a young person makes.
Alex Ritchie, Founder and Director of The ARC Agency, said:
“Being up against some very strong agencies and campaigns, we are thrilled to have received this honour from the judges for our creative and impactful approach to engaging SMEs to inspire young people with their career choices.
Our agency team has a real passion for the aims of the Give an hour campaign and we’re delighted to see the audience really engaging with the messaging and visuals.
The ARC Agency specialises in working with non-profits, so to achieve recognition in the Third Sector Awards is a real accolade for us.”
Tanya Albert, Senior Marketing Manager of The Careers and Enterprise Company, said:
“We are absolutely delighted that the Give an Hour campaign with The ARC Agency has been highly commended for Communications Agency of the Year in the Third Sector Awards. This is a real triumph for us both. The campaign continues to resonate incredibly well with small and medium businesses and the impact has been tremendous.
The ARC Agency provided exceptional value in the insight they provided through research and testing. They invested their time to understand the SME audience and the real barriers preventing them from engaging with education to build a comprehensive toolkit for our local partners to confidently engage with SMEs.
We would like to thank The ARC Agency for their energy, foresight and professionalism”.
